Service Agreement

All remodeling projects are subject to a formal agreement outlining scope, costs, and timelines, signed before work begins.

We collaborate with you to select appropriate designs and materials, with final decisions made jointly to meet your expectations.

Pricing is transparent and provided via detailed estimates. Payments are scheduled based on project milestones, with final payment upon completion.

While we aim for timely completion, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will communicate any changes promptly.

Our work is backed by a satisfaction guarantee. Any issues arising from workmanship will be addressed promptly within the warranty period.

We are insured and licensed, and accept responsibility for work quality. However, we are not liable for issues outside our control.

Clients are expected to provide access, clear communication, and timely decisions to facilitate the remodeling process.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds depend on work completed, with terms outlined in your project agreement.

Any disputes will be handled amicably through mediation or arbitration before pursuing legal action.

We reserve the right to update these terms. Changes will be communicated, and continued use signifies acceptance.

All services provided comply with local laws and regulations governing residential and commercial kitchen renovations.
